About me

I have been involved in research and reporting since childhood (at age 9 my friend and I started a neighborhood newspaper, The Gallagher Press 🤓). Some may call it nosy, but I call it deeply curious!

I now lead strategic UX research to understand people, improve their lives, and uncover opportunities for innovation and value creation. I love my work. generate and evangelize user insights that guide teams to make data-driven decisions to build innovative, meaningful, and well-designed experiences.

And my free time? I enjoy playing outside, maintaining my MCM house, and writing of course!
